The client base includes commercial, consumer, and government sectors, specializing in nonprofit operations such as public broadcasting stations, child welfare, veteran, spiritual, and animal advocacy organizations.

Position Overview:
As an Independent Direct Pledge Agent (Contractor) with RISE Call Solutions, you will:
- Work independently as a contractor, offering flexible hours that suit your schedule
- Take inbound pledge calls and donations for clients such as ASPCA, Wounded Warrior, and PBS
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with our team to uphold the high standards of service that define RISE Call Solutions
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and cannot reside in California, Delaware, Massachusetts, Louisiana, West Virginia, Wyoming, Vermont, and South Dakota due to laws regarding independent contractor requirements
- Ability to pass a background check. There is a non-refundable background check fee ($17.99-$20)
- Six (6) months of virtual or 1 year of brick-and-mortar customer service experience
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently; bilingual positions are available
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type, use the internet, email, and chat features, and learn client software
Equipment Requirements:
- Private location with a door that closes free of all background noises
- Windows-based PC (laptop or desktop computer) with Windows 10, 11, or above
- Noise-cancelling headset
- High-speed hard-wired internet access (Cable, DSL, or Fiber Optic)
Equipment will not be provided. If you don’t have a laptop or desktop computer, we have partnered with Work at Home Equipment Solutions. Review their equipment bundles here.
Training:
- Client training is required and is self-paced.
- The training can be completed in as little as five (5) days. On average, most agents complete their initial certification within 6-8 hours.
- You must complete the certification process within 14 days.
