Position Overview:
As an Independent Inbound Customer Service Agent (Contractor) with RISE Call Solutions, you will:
- Service as the initial point of contact on banking inquiries and concerns.
- Provide support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls.
- Resolve concerns on retail, commercial, and online banking as well as bank card, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.
- Provide accurate, confidential client service through bankcards, business online banking, or general servicing knowledge. ith transportation to and from appointments
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older. No degree is necessary.
- U.S. Citizen and cannot reside in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Wisconsin, the District of Columbia, or any U.S. Territories.
- Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
- Proficient in English (bilingual positions may be available).
- Must have a quiet distraction-free work environment.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of typing, using the internet, email, chat features, and learning client-specific software.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week with 2 hours (4 intervals) on Mondays.
Equipment Requirements:
- Must have a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or 11 installed.
- Dual Core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel I class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better, 20 GB or more available space, 60 GB or more of total space, 4 GB of RAM or better
- Dual monitors (1280 x 1024 screen resolution minimum) are strongly recommended.
- Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, cable, or fiber optic connection
- Wi-Fi is not acceptable
- Min. 10 Mbps download speed
- Min. 3 Mbps upload speed
- Max. latency threshold of 120 ms
- Must have a cell phone with service for two-factor authentication
- USB 3.0 Hardwired telephone and headset (noise canceling headset recommended) e.g., AGPTek OR Plantronics and one of the following:
- Cable telephony (connect directly from router/modem device)
- Digital service (connected directly from router/modem device)
- VoIP through a physical hard phone i.e. a tangible device that sits on your desktop

Training:
- Client-specific training is mandatory and unpaid during the first few weeks
- You will start earning during the final week or two of training
- Training sessions are typically Monday through Friday, with both morning/afternoon and afternoon sessions available to fit your schedule
